OzineFest Anime Figure Special (Dec. 2014)

OzineFest Anime Figure Special was a 2-day event which held in December 27-28,2014 at the SM Megatrade Hall. I went on the second day of the event.

 I arrived at the mall around 10:30AM, but the guards didn't allow us to enter yet until 11AM. When the doors opened, some of us (including me) dashed to the 5th floor where the event was taking place. Most of the event goers had to line up to buy a ticket for entrance. It was a good thing that I bought this card from a previous gaming event because the line for the tickets were very long.

Apparently, they say that there was another event that was taking place along with OzineFest at the same section of the hall.

There were some anime figure displays as well.

They got a lot of figures to show

One of the famous tsundere girls in anime, Aisaka Taiga from Toradora!

Ichiko Sakura, and Momiji the goddess of misfortune from Binbougami ga!

Shimakaze from Kantai collection. Too bad that I didn't find Wo-chan!

My most favorite girl from μ's. Kotori Minami from Love Live!

We got some pretty badass Nendoroid diorama featuring Tony Stark, and his lab!

The Houkago Tea Time band were also having their concert.



         

A figure seller called 'Onegai Onii-chan' had a booth in the event. They were giving away a free Nendoroid Nico Yazawa, and an Itsaha Maki in their rafflle draw.

There were also a few booths where you could play Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax!

I still don't know what character she was portraying. Let's assume she was a Japanese maid.

While I was taking photos, this Hentai Kamen guy hugged me, and I was like "Get your face away from me!"

A small Nozomi Toujo figure I bought from Onegai Onii-chan. I was hoping to find a Kotori Minami figure to buy, I found her instead. Nozomi is my second best girl from Love Live!

A Kotori Minami shirt, because I can't find a figure of her. A shirt will suffice.

Now for the blogger's comment about the event.

Yeah, that's me during the event. Walking around, and taking pics.

Since it was called Ozine Fest ANIME FIGURE SPECIAL, I was hoping that they would display a lot of toys just like in ToyCon, but I only found a few displays. I was also hoping that there would be more booths that sell figures.

I was really wondering why there were barely any booths on the other side of the Megatrade Hall. They should have maximized the space because we were packed like sardines on one side. Cosplayers were idling around on the vacant side, waiting to be photographed by event goers.

I thought that there was no Maid Cafe. I found it outside the event venue instead.

OzineFest has been like this before. I think they really need to improve...A LOT.

On the bright side, I was enjoying my documentation with my camera. I found a lot of awesome figures, and cosplays!

New year is approaching nearer. I'm looking forward for the anime events next year!

Christmas Wishlist:Top 10 anime/video game characters I want to have as figures

There are so many of them that I want to have, but I don't have the cash,or the space in my room to buy them all. Here's my top 10 characters in my wishlist, and I wish Santa Claus will give me at least one of them. Even though you're not real, I'm still wishing that you'll give me one, and place it beside me while I'm sleeping. I've been a good boy the entire year!

10. Okazaki family (CLANNAD)

Okay, I admit it. Clannad made me cry a river, especially Clannad: After Story. Even now, I feel like I want to shed a few tears because I'm starting to remember the scenes that are full of epic FEELS while typing this section. The Okazaki family is one of the best families in anime history for me, so I want a figure of them as a whole family.

9. Chiyo Sakura (GEKKAN SHOUJO NOZAKI-KUN)

She's one of year 2014's most popular character. Her struggles of trying to confess her feelings to the guy she loves keep getting better and better, and she's getting cuter in every chapter.

8. Satomi Rentarou and Enju (BLACK BULLET)

Actually, I only want Enju (lol!), but they are inseparable partners, and one can't accomplish the mission without the other. I also want to add Tina Sprout as a bonus.

7. Holo (SPICE AND WOLF)

Who doesn't like the ever beautiful, wise, and cunning wolf lady who can help you in making your business prosper? Holo is one of those who you can't mess with because she can outsmart you from  your trickery miles away.

6. Leon S. Kennedy (RESIDENT EVIL)

Leon became a bad ass character since Resident Evil 4, and Resident Evil: Degeneration. He's the coolest character in the entire series. I'm a big fan of the game, and a Leon figure is a must have!

5. Ezio Auditore La Firenze (ASSASSIN'S CREED)

The last AC game  that I played was up until AC:Brotherhood. I'm also a big fan of AC since the beginning when Altair was the one scaling up walls, and assassinating Templars. I choose Ezio over him though, because he's more heavily armed. Double hidden blades are better!

4. Nozomi Toujo (LOVE LIVE! SCHOOL IDOL PROJECT)

The things I like about Nozomi-chan are her well-endowed body...and her way of harassing her fellow μ's members.

3. Kongou (KANTAI COLLECTION)

I never played Kantai Collection before, but her fan-made art , and animations made me like her very much!

2. Kuubo Wo-kyuu (KANTAI COLLECTION)

That alien-like thingy on her head intrigues me very much. I like white/silver-haired anime characters. Wo is one of those "evil never looked this good" types, that I really really love, just like the rest of the Abyssal fleet.

1. Kotori Minami (LOVE LIVE! SCHOOL IDOL PROJECT)

Kotori-chan is my favorite girl of the μ's members. If I start buying a set of figures of the idol group, she's my top priority. I'll be really happy if ever I'll get at least one Kotori figure! I hope I'll have one very soon!
